The Junior Service League of Summerville
was formed in the fall of 1988 as a way to
build a strong base of volunteer service in our
local community.
With more than 80 active members, we
provided more than 3000 hours of community
service this past year to local organizations.
We volunteer in a number of ways, including
manning registration tables at organizations'
events, baking goodies for special events,
walking dogs at the local shelter, acting as
ushers at the theater, and donating personal
items to various organizations.
